Celso Matoso

Celso Matoso is an executive with nearly 30 years of experience in software and consulting, focusing on business transformation and innovation projects. He worked for nearly 20 years at SAP, where he held leadership positions such as Director of Industries, VP of HCM Solutions and Global Platinum Customer. He has led high-impact projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical, Media and Telecommunications. He holds a degree in civil engineering from UERJ, an MBA from Insper and a master's degree in production engineering from PUC-Rio, where he is also pursuing a doctorate in industrial engineering with a focus on digital supply chain studies.

Carlos Barreto

Carlos Augusto Burgos Barreto is an executive with over 30 years of experience in Digital Transformation and large-scale IT projects, with international operations. He holds a degree from PUC-Rio and a degree in Information Technology from NYU. He worked for 25 years at IBM, leading development projects and improvements in global processes. He worked as a process consultant for renowned financial institutions, such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Mitsubishi Bank and Dun & Bradstreet, and was CIO of Petrobras. A specialist in complex technological environments, he has a solid career in process and systems integration.

Marcelo Birth

Marcelo Nascimento is a designer focused on innovation and has over 15 years of experience in Branding, UX and Business Design. Founding partner of the Binky agency, he works as a strategic consultant and innovation manager, with experience in projects for major clients such as Itaú, Ipiranga, Petrobras, Engie, Coca-Cola, etc. With expertise in agile methodologies and Future Thinking, he worked as a professor and coordinator at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) and is a member of the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, a Danish think tank for foresight and future scenario planning.
